Boil an organic chicken in approximately three to five litres of water for at least two hours, or preferably overnight on very low heat. Then add all the herbs from the bag and simmer for another two hours. During the last hour, you can add organic vegetables according to your taste. Season the soup with culinary herbs, spices and salt, but it shouldn’t be spiced too heavily. Depending on your taste, the soup broth can be strained or you can eat the soup with the chicken pieces and edible herbs.

Eat one bowl of hot soup per day in the morning or at lunchtime. Do not heat in the microwave. One bag of herbs is enough for a week. Do not begin taking the soup until three or four days after childbirth. Do not eat it during an acute illness. Keep in the refrigerator for no longer than one week. Not recommended during pregnancy.
