The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders via our online shop.

The contract is with Lian Chinaherb AG. By presenting the products in the online shop, we are making a binding offer to enter into a contract
for the sale of these items. You can initially put our products into your shopping basket without any obligations, and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction tools that are provided for this purpose and which are explained in the course of the order process. By clicking the order button, you are entering into a contract to purchase the goods contained in your shopping basket. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive an additional confirmation by email.

The languages available for entering into the contract are German and English. We shall save the text of the contract and send you the order information and our T&Cs by email. You can also view and download the T&Cs on this page at any time. You can view your previous orders in our customer login area.

The product prices stated do not include shipping costs. Details on the shipping costs can be found in the offers. We only supply by mail order. Unfortunately, goods cannot be collected from us in person. We do not deliver to Packstations.

If goods are delivered with obvious damage, please make a complaint about these defects immediately to the delivery agent, and contact us without delay. Failure to make a complaint or to contact us does not affect your statutory rights or their enforcement, nor your warranty rights, in particular. However, it will help us to claim from the carrier and/or transport insurance.

The statutory legal liability for defects applies. We always assume unlimited liability for claims due to damage caused by us, our legal representatives or agents

For breach of contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which enables the contract to be executed in the first place and on compliance of which the contractual partner may expect to be able to rely
(cardinal obligations), due to slight negligence by us, our legal representatives or agents, liability is
limited to the level of foreseeable damage which may be typically assumed to arise when the contract was entered into. Claims for damages are otherwise excluded.
