  • 300 g xi gua/xi gua pi (watermelon with rind)
  • 100 g cucumber
  • 1 TL matcha powder
  • 3-4 bo he (peppermint leaves)

INSTRUCTIONS

Roughly deseed the watermelon and peel and cut into chunks together with the cucumber, place in a smoothie maker or blend with a hand blender together with the Matcha green tea powder and peppermint.
