At high temperatures, the body can overheat and dehydrate. Body fluids are affected, fever, feeling hot, flushed face, thirst, headache, nausea and constipation can occur. For mild symptoms, a cooling smoothie with watermelon, cucumber, green tea and peppermint can help.

INGREDIENTS
- 300 g xi gua/xi gua pi (watermelon with rind)
- 100 g cucumber
- 1 TL matcha powder
- 3-4 bo he (peppermint leaves)
INSTRUCTIONS
Roughly deseed the watermelon and peel and cut into chunks together with the cucumber, place in a smoothie maker or blend with a hand blender together with the Matcha green tea powder and peppermint.
