Flexible & pain-free

TCM Vortragsreihe - Flexible & pain-free – supporting muscles and joints

A Talk From the Perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Mobility is a key component of well-being and quality of life—at any age. Whether in daily life, during sports, or on a simple walk: when muscles and joints function well, the body feels lighter, freer, and more capable.

In this lecture, you’ll learn how Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) takes a holistic view of muscles and joints. The focus isn’t just on the symptom, but on the interplay of energy flow, blood circulation, and inner balance. You’ll gain valuable insights into the potential causes of tension and discomfort—and how to support your body naturally.

What you can expect from the presentation:

  • Free Flow of Energy & Mobility:
A harmonious flow of qi and blood supports supple muscles and flexible joints
  • Understanding the Causes:
Tension and pain are recognized as manifestations of imbalances in the body and viewed holistically
  • Natural Support:
Targeted approaches from TCM help release blockages and promote regeneration
  • Prevention in Daily Life:
Small, regular interventions can help prevent discomfort and maintain mobility in the long term
  • Strength & Stability:
Strengthening the body and energy creates the foundation for resilience and well-being

Look forward to clear insights, practical ideas, and valuable inspiration for your daily life. Look forward to clear insights, practical ideas, and valuable inspiration for your daily life.
