Congress participations in September 2026
We'll be there
September brings two important professional events in Traditional Chinese Medicine to our calendar. We will first head to Lake Starnberg for the 7th SMS Congress, followed a little later by the 23rd International TAO Congress in Graz. We are looking forward to inspiring professional input, personal encounters and, of course, seeing many familiar and new faces at our stand.
And our congress year is far from over. In the coming months, LIAN will also be present at several other professional events. We will share more details soon.
7th SMS Congress: Chinese Medicine in Clinical Practice
From 11 to 13 September 2026, we will be attending the 7th SMS Congress for Chinese Medicine at the Evangelische Akademie Tutzing on Lake Starnberg.
This year’s theme, “Chinese Medicine in Clinical Practice”, fits particularly well with what we at LIAN focus on every day: how can sound TCM knowledge be integrated into therapeutic practice in a reliable and straightforward way? Around 300 participants and 50 international speakers from Asia and Europe will come together to exchange ideas on current developments, practical applications and scientific findings in Chinese medicine.
At our stand, we also want to keep this practical focus at the centre. Alongside our products, we will be happy to show you how LIAN can support you in your daily work. One example is our Online Ordering System (OOS), which simplifies prescribing and ordering, makes knowledge directly accessible and helps make administrative processes in TCM practice more efficient. We look forward to your questions, experiences and personal conversations.
23rd International TAO Congress in Graz
From 24 to 26 September 2026, we will continue on to Graz for the 23rd International TAO Congress. This year’s three main topics are sports medicine, fertility and longevity. Workshops, practical hands-on formats and current findings from acupuncture and TCM research will provide plenty of room for professional exchange and new perspectives.
One programme highlight is especially close to us: our Esther Denz will lead the workshop “Fruchtbarkeit stärken mit der Kraft der Kräuter: TCM-Perspektiven für moderne Fertilitätsmedizin”. As the author of Female Infertility & Reproductive Gynaecology: A Comprehensive Clinical Manual of Integrated Chinese Medicine and Biomedicine, she brings many years of experience and extensive expertise to this field.
Our experts will also be at our stand together with a selection of our products. We look forward to exchanging ideas with you about current developments, different treatment approaches and experiences from daily practice. And, of course, we are happy to take the time to answer all your questions.
What comes next?
These two congresses are far from the end of our event calendar. Later this year, we will be attending several more congresses and professional events. You will soon be able to find out here on our website where you can meet us next.
