The nourishing peony root bai shao, sour jujube seeds suan zao ren and lily bulb bai he help to calm the mind and promote restful sleep. Poria with hostwood fu shen helps to clear the mind. The sweetness of jujube fruit da zao and licorice gan cao harmonize and provide strength. The calming scent of lemon balm leaves xiang feng hua ye and orange blossom cheng hua round off the tea.

One heaped teaspoon of herbs per cup. Add hot water and let it seep covered for ten minutes. The tea can be infused several times.
