Hyacinth beans bai bian dou strengthen the middle, transform dampness and keep the head light and cool. Reed rhizome lu gen and bamboo cane strips zhu ru cool internal heat and calm the middle. The aromatic perilla leaves zi su ye, mandarin peel chen pi and cardamon sha ren help relieve discomfort by transforming dampness, clearing congestion and descending rising energy. Add some fresh ginger to harmonize the tea and further aid digestion.

One heaped teaspoon of herbs per cup. Add hot water and let it seep covered for ten minutes. The tea can be infused several times.
