Free delivery with a minimum order of € 150.–
This tea has a supportive effect on digestion and helps to relieve food stagnation. It is particularly suitable if you feel heavy, sluggish and bloated after eating. LI ZHONG CHA relieves nausea and abdominal pain and solidifies the stool. The herbs shan zha (hawthorn fruit), sha ren (cardamom), chen pi (mandarin peel) and mai ya (barley sprouts) help to relieve food stagnation and aid digestion. They promote the smooth flow of food in the digestive tract.
yi yi ren (coix seeds) supports the digestion and help to eliminate dampness.
Licorice root (gan cao) and red dates (da zao) are used to pleasantly balance the taste of the tea. These two herbs harmonize the taste of the tea and give it a tangy, fruity flavor. We recommend drinking the tea regularly to maintain healthy digestive function.
shan zha (crataegi fructus) mai ya (hordei fructus germinatus) chen pi (citri reticulatae pericarpium) sha ren (amomi fructus) yi yi ren (coicis semen) gan cao (glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma) da zao (jujubae fructus)
Put one teaspoon of herbs per cup of tea in hot water and let it steep for five to ten minutes. The herbal mixture can be reused several times. Drink two to three cups spread throughout the day.
