For school classes from training centers with focus on Chinese medicine, LIAN offers the opportunity to get an insight into the operating procedures of our TCM pharmacy. The visit is tailored to the needs and the orientation of the respective training course, with a main focus on the operations. The event may be either a half or full day.

internship
For students, LIAN offers the opportunity to complete a free pharmacy internship. The internship is tailored to the needs of the respective trainee and is aimed at practical work in the company. The trainee or intern determines by himself how many days he or she wants to work at LIAN. Experience has shown that a 3-day internship is optimal, in order to gain an in-depth insight into all departments and processes. In addition to a brief introduction to quality assurance and the collaboration in the quality control laboratory, the entire progress of an order is witnessed first-hand: from order collection in customer service, through the expert advice by the TCM department, and finally the production, final inspection and packaging in the production area.
In addition to that, there is aloo plenty of time to assist in the galenic laboratory in the production of decoctions, ointments, gels or other galenic forms of our magistral or cosmetic product range.
